Sina Ginger Candy

Indonesia

Spicy ginger candy with a sweet sugary coating. These chewy, zesty, and sticky candies work your tastebuds and jaw. The packaging suggests that you can make a delicious ginger tea with this candy by dropping 2-3 pieces in a cup of hot water; then stir the water and candy until it is dissolved. The tea is pleasantly sweet with ginger pieces spicing it up. Some Asian hot teas are made in a similar fashion with jelly that you can use as a spread or brew in hot water to make tea.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, ginger (7%), Tapioca Starch.
