  • Every month we'll send you a box filled with 9 or more Asian snacks. Each box may consist of a cookies, sweets, chips, and more from at least 2 different Asian countries. The exact contents in the boxes will be a surprise but you can be assured that we taste test all snacks to ensure deliciousness.

  • There are different varieties of snacks based on regional and cultural flavors that are not widely available or used in the U.S. Asian snacks flavors range from exotic lychee, octopus, and seaweed to more familiar flavors such as chocolate, strawberry, and cheese.

  • Shipping is absolutely free!

  • We ship all boxes in bulk the beginning of the month. If you subscribe by the last day of the month you’ll get your box next month between the 4th and the 9th of the month. For example: if you subscribe on April 30 at 5:30 pm MST, then we'll start shipping your box (May's box) on May 2nd. However, if you subscribe on April 30th at 6:15 pm MST, then you'll be getting June's box, which will ship on June 2nd.

  • You can give a gift by selecting that option at checkout. In the shipping information, make sure to enter the shipping address of the giftee. If you want the box to ship to you instead, then enter your shipping address. We will send the box to the address you provide. You may also enter the email address and name of you your giftee as well and we can send them tracking information for the shipment.

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase. Currently we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Billing

  • Boxes start at $26 and include free shipping within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. If you choose to prepay for a box, you will receive a discount of up to $18.

  • New customers will pay immediately for their box. Afterward, you will be charged on the 11th of every month. If you prepay for your boxes, once you’ve received your full amount of boxes you’ve paid for, your subscription will renew on 11th in the same increment you’ve paid for. For example: if you paid for the 6-month subscription you will be charged once every 6 months on your renewal date.

  • Taxes will be applied to your cart upon checkout if applicable. If your shipping address is in Utah, the Utah state and local tax will be added to your cart.

Shipping

  • We ship all boxes in bulk at one time so if you subscribe by the last day of the month you’ll get your box next month between the 5th and the 9th of the month. For example: boxes bought between March 1st - March 31st will ship on April 4th. We will also send you a notification email that includes tracking information when the box ships.

  • Shipping is absolutely free!

  • We will be shipping through various U.S. postal carriers. When you get shipping confirmation from us we will inform you how your box is being delivered to you and how to track the status of the shipment in an email notification.

  • We ship within the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we look forward to possibly doing so in the future.

  • We ship from Utah.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Before the shipping deadline, you can either contact us or login to your account and update your shipping information there. The shipping deadline is the last day of the month at 6 pm MST. Please be aware that incorrect shipping addresses may be subject to an $8 fee for re-shipping, so always double check during checkout.

  • Once you purchase your box from us, we will send shipment tracking information to you. Please check your shipment tracking for the status of your package. If your purchase was stated as having shipped, and you still have not received it, please contact us at support@daeboxsnacks.com within 10 days of shipment delivery notification and we will contact the shipping carrier for more information. If necessary, we will send out a new box to you, or give you a refund.

  • If the contents of your box are damaged, we will work with you to either give you a refund or send a new box. Please contact us within 10 days to resolve this issue. If only the outside of the box was damaged, that will be the shipping company's responsibility to address.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at anytime.

    However, you must cancel before the 11th of the month on your subscription payment plan period or else your subscription will auto-renew and we will send out your next month’s box and charge you for it for that month. For example if you paid for a 3 month plan of boxes we will charge you once and ship you one box a month for 3 months. If you don’t cancel your plan before those 3 months are up we will charge you on the the 10th of the month after your last box was received and we will send out 3 more boxes to you and charge you.

  • IIf you cancel after the renewal date on the 11th of the month on your subscription payment plan period, we will still charge you for that month’s box and ship your box to you. After your last box ships, your subscription cancellation will take effect.

  • If you canceled after the renewal date on the 11th of the month we will still charge and send you the remaining boxes you have paid for.

  • No problem and we’re glad to have you back! You may reactivate your subscription by visiting daeboxsnacks.com and logging into your Account. Then pick your payment plan and enter your billing and shipping information.

Gifts

  • You can give a gift by clicking the gift a gift or by selecting that option at checkout. In the shipping information, make sure to enter the shipping address of the giftee. And select the gift option at checkout. We will send the box to the address you provide for them. Also, you may enter the email address and name of you your giftee as well and we can send them tracking information for the shipment.

  • Don’t worry. If you were gifted a box from DaeboxSnacks, your gift giver has the option of entering your email so we can send you email notifications about the status of your package. The gift giver also has the option of changing the shipping address on the checkout page.

Account

  • You can create an account by clicking on get started. After you have selected a payment plan and entered your email, shipping, and billing information you will be prompted to create an account. After you agree to our terms of service upon checkout and pay, you are now are subscribed and your account is created.

  • If you want to change the payment plan, you just simply go to your Account and change the subscription details from there.

  • If you need to change something on your account, for example, your name, email address, shipping address, or billing information you may visit the details of your account and alter them from there. Just log in to your Account at and you can make the changes you need there.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Before the shipping deadline, you can either contact us or login to your account and update your shipping information there.   • Log in to your Account and you can view the details of your subscription including the last payment and your subscription duration.

  • If you can't remember your password, simply follow the forgot password link on the login page which will request you enter your email address.

  • Yes, but all your info is gone and you have to create a new account should you want to come back. We would be sad to see you go, but if you would like to delete your account, you must contact our support team and we can delete your account for you. You may also choose to pause your subscription and easily resume it later by visiting your account and selecting to pause in our your subscription plan details.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • If your box arrives damaged, depending on the circumstances we may replace your box or give you a refund. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your box. Note: This applies more specifically to the snack contents of your box rather than the box itself.

  • You should receive an email notification on when your box ships. If it does not arrive within 10 days, please let us know. We will get in touch with the shipping company to check on the status of your box. If your box still does not arrive within 20 days, please contact us. We will work with you and either offer credit for a free box or give you a refund. We will also not offer refunds after a max of 30 days, so please contact us promptly if issues do arise.

  • Once the shipping carrier has stated the box has arrived, the product becomes the buyer’s responsibility and we will not offer refunds or discounts.

  • We are sorry to hear that. Everyone's tastes are different and since we can't customize each box for an individual, we cannot guarantee that you will like all the snacks. However, if you did not like the majority of the snacks in your box, please email us and we'll see what we can do to improve your experience.

Referrals

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a referral plan at this time, but we are looking forward to offering one in the future.

Contests and Givaways

  • We have periodic contests in which we may give a free box or discount. You can follow our social media pages or sign up for our newsletter for contest updates. If you have any questions you can email us at support@daeboxsnacks.com or reach about to us through social media: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

  • If you won one of our contests, we will be contacting you shortly via email and or through social media. If you haven’t received any communication from us within 7 days after the contest ends and the winner was announced, you can contact us at support@daeboxsnacks.com and we will get you your winnings.

  • Yes, we do! Just email us about your needs and we will work with you to get your order fulfilled. Please contact us at support@daeboxsnacks.com.

Other

  • We are always open to snack suggestions! You can email us at support@daeboxsnack.com. We will also be taking snack survey polls through social media on what kind of snacks people want to try.

  • After our box is released, we will put more information about the snacks on our past boxes page. On that page we will include tips and tricks on how to eat those snacks deliciously. And yes the rice paper on the inside is edible ;).

  • We strive to have English ingredient and nutrition labels on every snack. For snacks that do not have labels, the ingredients and nutritional information can be found in our Past Boxes page. This information is available online for all snacks we send.
